Advertise with Cap News

How we charge, what you get, and what we will never sell.

One rule

News is free and partner content is paid. The two are kept apart. Paying us never buys news coverage, and being covered as news never costs anything.

News coverage: free

If you have news about what UK company accounts show, send it to editor@capnews.co.uk. If we judge it to be news, we write it ourselves and publish it, credited to you. We decide what is news, we do not promise coverage, and nothing you pay affects whether we cover a story.

PR agencies and press offices

We do not charge PR agencies, press offices or in-house communications teams. Sending us releases, photos and story ideas is free, and we will never ask an agency to pay for coverage.

Partner content: paid

If you want to say something in your own terms, we publish partner content. It is written by us to our standards, labelled Sponsored at the top, and stays on the site permanently.

Prices are in pounds sterling, plus VAT where applicable. Invoiced by Domain Farm Limited, company number 13544286.

Kept apart from the data

• Partner articles never appear inside the daily or monthly accounts reports, and never change what those reports say.
• They sit on their own pages, labelled Sponsored at the top, and are never presented as Cap News findings.
• No company can pay to appear in, or be left out of, the reports.

What every partner piece includes

• A clear Sponsored label at the top of the page, so readers know it is paid.
• Every outbound link marked rel="sponsored", as search engines ask.
• Writing and editing by us, to the same standards as our news. You can check the facts. You do not approve the wording or the angle.
• Your photos, credited, or none. No stock images that do not show the subject, and no AI-generated images.
• A permanent page. We only change it to correct a factual error.

What we will not do

• Sell news coverage, or guarantee that any story will run.
• Sell links, publish unpaid guest posts or agree link exchanges.
• Promise rankings, traffic or reach.
• Present paid content as news.

Audience figures

We will not quote audience numbers we cannot show you. Ask and we will send the current figures from Google Search Console before you decide.

Payment and booking

Email editor@capnews.co.uk with what you want to say, who it is for and any photos you can supply. We reply with a brief and an invoice from Domain Farm Limited, Vantage House, Euxton Lane, Euxton, Chorley, PR7 6TB. The piece goes live once the invoice is paid.
